ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Coordinate Employee Schedules including Office Staff, and Site Surveyors.
Coordinate on-site Dates and Times with Clients, and Designers Edge Staff.
Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing Documents.
Arrange all travel for Site Surveyors, and Company Executives.
Update and maintain database.
Oversee staff project management updates Manage and Correlate All Time Sheets of Survey Staff Perform Accounting Tasks, including Invoicing, Budget Tracking, and Expense Reports.
Some Customer Service COMPETENCIES/QUALIFICATIONS Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in Project Management is preferred, but not a requirement.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Customer-service oriented Able to complete administrative tasks with minimal supervision Required Education and Experience High School Diploma Required (Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred) 5

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
