Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Scan and bag items for customers - Process returns and exchanges - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Upsell products and promote special offers - Conduct product demonstrations when necessary Skills:
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and provide accurate change - Multilingual or bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, to assist diverse customer base - Knowledge of jewelry sales and ability to provide guidance on product selection - Ability to stock shelves and maintain inventory levels - Proficient in cash handling procedures - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively - Previous experience in retail sales is a plus This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing exceptional customer service and utilizing your skills in cash handling, upselling, and product knowledge.
