Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries - Verify insurance coverage and collect patient information - Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of data entry - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents - Handle cash transactions and process payments - Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow - Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role preferred but not necessary we will train you - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively - Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor Job Types:
